The Nouns DAO v3 is now live and with it the candidate function. People can now propose new projects directly on nouns.wtf without the need to own a Nouns. They just post their proposal and wait to see if any nouner likes it enough to sponsor it.
Cointelegraph was the first to test this new functionality but others quickly followed, as we already have 7 candidates!
